- In-stock orders typically ship within 24 hours.
- Weekend orders are processed on the next business day.
- If you need your order faster than standard 2nd Day Air service, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate expedited shipping requests.
- If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually arrives to us within 2–3 business days and will be shipped to you promptly.
- Most special-order items ship complete within 2–3 business days; however, some may take up to 5–6 business days to arrive from the manufacturer.
- Some VIN-specific or restricted parts may take more than 10 business days to process.
- Ground shipping transit times vary by location and typically take 2–7 business days.
- Overnight shipping may be available for an additional cost.
- Oversized or bulky items may incur additional shipping charges. We will contact you for approval before shipping.
- We cannot guarantee transit times for ground or oversized shipments.
- Shipping carrier substitutions may be made at our discretion in an effort to reduce cost or improve delivery times.
- In the event a part is backordered or discontinued, we will make every effort to locate and supply the part as quickly as possible.
- We do not ship COD orders.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
- We reserve the right to adjust order totals by up to 15% if: packaging weight or dimensions exceed the initial estimate, additional padding is required to protect the item, or last-minute fitment corrections/add-ons are required. You will be contacted for approval before adjustments are processed.
- Keys are only available for in-store pickup with identity verification at the time of pickup.
- There is a $5.99 handling fee for all in-store pickups.
