Returns Policy

Return Policy

- Please contact us before sending any returns so we can assist and provide return instructions.

- A copy of the original invoice must be included with all returns.

- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned parts.

- Returned parts must be in resalable condition and in their original, unopened packaging.

- We cannot accept back any used parts.

- We cannot accept parts that have been installed or test-fitted.

- We cannot accept VIN-specific or vehicle-coded parts.

- Car covers, lock cylinders, keys, and other VIN-specific non-returnable items are not returnable.

- Electrical parts are not returnable.

- Fluids and chemicals are not returnable.

- In the event VIN verification is refused, parts for these orders are non-returnable.

- We reserve the right to refuse and return any parts that show signs of installation, use, damage, or do not meet the return criteria listed above.

- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.

- Core returns must be completed within 30 days of receipt.

- Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

- Shipping insurance is strongly recommended for all returned items.

- We recommend taking clear photographs of items before returning them for your protection.

Cancellation Policy

- Orders or individual items may be canceled only before they have been shipped and are still in our possession.

- Car covers, lock cylinders, keys, and other VIN-specific non-returnable items cannot be canceled once processing begins.

- If a canceled item was special-ordered from Volkswagen, a 20% cancellation or return fee may apply.
